 The following are the term and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.  You will then receive a tracking number and will be able to track your candle's destination. Please allow at least 2-3 days to receive your tracking number.

Shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. USPS will be the main delivery service and actual arrival destination dates depend on them. 

We are not responsible for any insufficient addresses, (missing apartment numbers), error in zip code, delays in deliveries, or any failed deliveries. Please make sure addresses, streets, avenues, apartment numbers and zip codes are correct. If you package happens to be returned to send by USPS, we will not be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
